Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For home improvement products, this means the item should not have been installed, assembled, modified, or used in any way.
"Unused" for our furniture, lighting, and table products means: the item has not been sat on, laid on, assembled, mounted, drilled, connected to power, or altered in any way. You may only open the original packaging to inspect the product. Items with visible wear, stains, scratches, pet hair, or odor will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This includes items purchased with a discount code or during a promotional sale, unless otherwise stated.(except for quality lssues)
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at benaep@outlook.com and return your item to the original shipping address.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrived damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage, packaging, and label. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs. Failure to notify us within 48 hours may limit your remedy.

To return your product, please ship it to the address from which it was originally sent. If you need the return address, please contact us at benaep@outlook.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
For oversized items, you are responsible for arranging return shipment. We recommend using a freight carrier with tracking and insurance. Alternatively, we can assist in arranging pickup at your cost – please contact us for a quote. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund as estimated by our carrier.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost plus any return shipping fees incurred. The refund (if applicable) will be issued after we receive the item in original condition, minus those charges.
